Alan Wake is coming to Game Pass.

It has been announced that Alan Wake is coming to Game Pass. The news was revealed during a stream celebrating the title's tenth birthday (thanks GameSpot). The game will be available for those who have a subscription to the program on May 21st.

Alan Wake was originally released in 2010 for the Xbox 360 and PC. The game is a third-person horror shooter. The title follows Alan Wake, a best-selling author, who travels to a rural town with his wife in order to take a break and try to cure his writer's block. However, his wife goes missing, and he soon finds that a Dark Presence stalks the small town that he vacationed to. Wake his pushed to the brink of his sanity as he tries to unravel the mystery of the town and save his wife. The game is presented in a TV series fashion, leaving players to face overwhelming odds, plot twists and cliffhangers.

To celebrate Alan Wake's'tenth anniversary, the game is currently 90% off on the Steam Store. The game is currently $1.49 for the standard edition, and $1.99 for the Collector's Edition.

There are three Game Pass plans. The basic console package will set gamers back $9.99 a month, and will give them access to a large number of titles, as well as exclusive member discounts and deals. The second package is for PC, which is very similar to the console package. However, those who subscribe to the PC version of Game Pass get their first month for $1. Finally, there is the Ultimate package. This package comes with all the perks of the other membership options for both PC and console, and also comes with Xbox Live Gold. The Ultimate subscription is $14.99 a month.

Alan Wake will come to Game Pass on May 21st.
