Pokémon TCG Pocket Just Dropped A New Update, Adding Dozens Of QoL Additions

The newest update for Pokémon Trading Card Game Pocket added a ton of small but significant new quality of life enhancements. The headlining new features coming to the game tomorrow are the addition of the new Shining Revelry set that introduces Shiny Pokémon as a new kind of rarity in the game, and Ranked Matches, which will offer a true competitive angle for the first time since the game's launch. To prepare for those major additions, Pokémon TCG Pocket released a new update to app stores earlier today. With that new update comes several significant quality-of-life improvements.

Animations (for Wonder Pick and shuffling) have both been sped up, and the coin flip has been synchronized between both players to reduce waits. The number of deck slots has also increased from 15 to 20 to allow for the increased number of cards. Some new filters have also been added to the card dex, allowing players to sort their cards to show only shiny rarity cards. A full list of improvements can be found in the Reddit post below:
