A new trailer for Pokemon Legends: Z-A has revealed that Lumiose City will host powerful battles at nighttime, as that’s when the greatest trainers emerge and take part in the Z-A Royal competition.
One of the most disappointing aspects of Pokemon Legends: Arceus was that it shifted the focus from battling to exploration and catching, even though combat is a core pillar of the series. This made sense thematically, as the game happened in the past, long before the Pokemon League was established, but it was still a letdown.
The final Nintendo Direct of the original Switch era featured a new trailer for Pokemon Legends Z-A. It was revealed that the game will feature a dedicated battle tournament called the Z-A Royale, giving battle-focused fans the chance to compete with the best trainers in the region.
