InZoi Update Rushed Out After Child Vehicle Vid Goes Viral

inZOI, the new rival to The Sims, had to rush out a quick update, as videos depicting accidental acts of violence towards young people have become viral, forcing the developers to act fast and quickly patch the game before the ESRB starts calling.

As of the time of writing, inZOI in its Early Access stage has a T for Teen rating due to its cartoonish depictions of violence and death, as well as innuendo related to adult acts. Kids are in the game, but they’re intended to be completely distant from the aforementioned content, as doing otherwise would send the rating into the stratosphere.

Unfortunately, glitches don’t care about age ratings, as videos showing inZOI players running over and killing children using cars have become viral hits. According to IGN, a patch has already been rushed out to resolve the issue.

InZOI Still Needs Some Work In Early Access

According to a statement by publisher Krafton Inc., the ability to harm minors was unintentional and has already been fixed. Those playing the Early Access version of inZOI should already see the change implemented in their game.
