A new playlist has been added to Call of Duty: Warzone that makes some significant changes.
On Twitter, Infinity Ward announced a new playlist for Warzone: BR Trios Classic. BR Trios Classic takes away cash, loadouts, and contracts. The playlist also takes the away the Gulag, one of the more unique aspects of Warzone. There are no ways to revive a fallen player, so once they are out, it is permanent. The playlist is available now. There is no word on how long BR Trios Classic will be available, and whether or not this will be a one time thing.
Earlier this month it was announced that Call of Duty will receive a new entry this holiday season despite the success of Warzone. The new game, which is rumored to be a new Black Ops title, will live alongside both Warzone and the mobile Call of Duty game. Those who are enjoying Warzone do not have to worry, as the game will continue on as its own title despite the fact that new entries will be added to the series.
Activision has announced the "Fearless" pack for both Call of Duty: Modern Warfare and Warzone (via PlayStation LifeStyle). The pack will be a part of the Call of Duty Endowment program, and was co-designed by Medal of Honor recipient CPT Florent "Flo" Groberg. The program helps place veterans into high-paying jobs after they return to civilian life. 100% of the proceeds from the Fearless pack will go to the Call of Duty Endowment program. The pack comes with the Venerated mil-sim Operator Skin, a weapon blueprint, two calling cards, a charm, a watch, a spray and a camo. Gamers will also be able to pick up a new Warzone based shirt, with the proceeds also going to the Call of Duty Endowment program. The shirt can be purchased here. Both the pack and shirt have been released in honor of National Military Appreciation Month.
Call of Duty: Modern Warfare and Warzone are both available for PC, PlayStation 4, and Xbox One.
