Yesterday's Nintendo Switch 2 Direct not only gave us a more in-depth look at the console, but we also got to see a number of first party and third-party games for it. A lot of games were featured in the Direct, but, as always, there were a couple of stand out ones like Mario Kart World and Donkey Kong Bananza.
It has been claimed that Intergalactic: The Heretic Prophet will take inspiration from Elden Ring, and it won't be the last.
However, something nobody could have predicted was that we got not one, but two FromSoftware announcements. The first was a new multiplayer game by the developer called The Duskbloods. While we still don't know much about this title, the second FromSoft announcement was that Elden Ring will be coming to the Switch 2 via the Tarnished Edition, along with some new cosmetics.
The Tarnished Edition is Elden Ring's port to Nintendo's upcoming console, which will include the Shadow of the Erdtree expansion and a number of new cosmetics.
