Ever since Insomniac Games announced Marvel's Wolverine at the 2021 PlayStation Showcase, fans have been patiently waiting for any kind of update on the PlayStation 5 title. Unfortunately, things have been eerily quiet on that front, though Insomniac stresses the game is still in active development.
In response to a fan pointing out the lack of news, Insomniac stated that it will "share news about the game when *we* are ready to share it."
"We can't act on everything requested when things take time, resources, and the greenlight to share them," the response concluded.
It's a rather snappy response, though the frustration on both sides is understandable. Fans are keen to learn more about the next big PS5 exclusive, and Insomniac is also likely tired of being unable to share accomplishments without being badgered on social media.
