Astro Bot was easily one of 2024's best games, taking home so many awards from various ceremonies and publications that it managed to break records, and it kept that momentum going into 2025. In fact, we're over three months deep into the year and Astro Bot is still sweeping awards ceremonies, as now it's had a strong showing during BAFTA Games 2025.
The similarities aren't so Teensie.
Out of the 17 total categories, Astro Bot was nominated in 8 of them, and managed to take home five awards in total, the most prestigious of them all being Best Game. On top of that, it also managed to win awards for Animation, Audio Achievement, Family, and Game Design. It was nominated for pretty much every award it could be.
