According to a Nintendo customer service representative, the Nintendo Switch 2 Edition of The Legend of Zelda: Breath of the Wild won't include the season pass, which will have to be purchased separately.

While all of us Nintendo fans have spent the last year dreaming of the day when we'd finally know everything about the Nintendo Switch 2, it's fair to say that the end result has been a little mixed. While the console itself looks incredible and like a big step-up from the original Switch, everything else surrounding the system has generated more annoyance than excitement.

Breath of the Wild’s Switch 2 port doesn’t change too much, but a fresh coat of paint on an all-timer has me excited to sink another 100 hours.

The surprisingly high cost of games, lack of communication regarding the physical releases of Switch 2 editions, and more have all made the Switch 2's announcement a rollercoaster of emotions and reactions. That rollercoaster continues, as it looks like one of the most popular Switch 2 Editions won't come with some key bits of DLC.
