While discussing the game in a recent PlayStation Blog post, Ubisoft has claimed that Assassin's Creed Shadows on PS5 Pro is the "ultimate console experience" that's comparable to "ultra-high-end" PCs.
Late last year, PlayStation finally revealed and subsequently released its massive mid-gen upgrade for the PlayStation 5 - the PS5 Pro. While the launch was a little disappointing for most gamers who hoped for obvious upgrades instead of more nitty-gritty stuff, that didn't stop it from being a very powerful console with some impressive specs.
Sony's enhanced console is the best way to play Assassin's Creed Shadows.
The big problem with the PS5 Pro was that there simply wasn't any new games to show off its power, with Sony relying on older first-party titles to show off what it could do. As great as seeing proper reflections while in Spider-Man 2's Performance mode was, though, everyone has been waiting for the next big game that could handle its power.
Enter a surprising candidate in the form of Assassin's Creed Shadows, which many have pointed out is the best reason to own a PS5 Pro as of the time of writing....
