Remedy has confirmed that it's not going to be in charge of the Max Payne remakes' marketing and that it'll be entirely up to Rockstar Games when we see it.
Considering the fact that it wasn't that long ago when Remedy released its last and biggest game, Alan Wake 2, it's easy to forget that the studio has a ton of projects in development right now. From FBC to Control 2, Remedy is keeping itself very busy in the coming years, and that's not even including perhaps its most exciting project of all.
We finally have a big game with a release date for late 2025.
I am, of course, talking about the remakes of the first two Max Payne games, which were confirmed to be in the works some time ago as a collaboration between Remedy and Rockstar. We've not heard too much about the project just yet, despite how open Remedy is about development, and it seems there's a good reason for that.
