It's almost May the Fourth, an annual celebration of the Star Wars series. To mark the occasion, Aspyr has unveiled a bundle of older Star Wars games - but fans aren't happy with it.
Star Wars: Grand Collection invites players to "relive the galaxy’s greatest moments", but on PlayStation, there are some very notable exceptions. But even putting the omission of fan favourite games aside, there's also the price tag of $90. For your money, you get a bunch of older releases like Jedi Academy and Republic Commando, which are good... but many have probably picked these up much cheaper in the past.
First of all, there are the games themselves. This bundle includes: Jedi Knight: Jedi Academy, Jedi Knight 2: Jedi Outcast, Republic Commando, Episode 1 Racer, Bounty Hunter, and Episode 1: Jedi Power Battles.
As many fans have pointed out, the omissions here are bizarre. One that's getting named frequently is the Revenge of the Sith game. This would be a great addition to the bundle, as it would coincide with the film's anniversary re-run in theatres.
