Pokemon Trading Card Game Pocket's latest expansion, Celestial Guardians, has already set the cat among the pigeons from a competitive perspective, and players are still getting to grips with all 239 new cards. Rare Candy arguably forced the scene into its biggest shake-up, giving Stage 2 ex cards a chance to shine, but a new, seemingly innocuous card came and effectively ended the two ex/18 Trainer meta.
But the events remain the same.
24 hours after its release, another Trainer Card has been stirring things up, as players have discovered it has the ability to knock out Pokemon, and effectively win games, without actually attacking.
Much like Oricorio, Guzma doesn't seem like the best Celestial Guardians card on paper. The supporter has the ability to discard all Pokemon tools attached to each of the opponent's Pokemon. It's good, but it seems like nothing more than a card meant to inconvenience the opposition. However, if used at the right time, Guzma can actually become a KO machine.
