While We All Wait For GTA 6, Ken Levine's Judas Was Supposed To Be Out By Now

Listen, by this point, we're all aware that Grand Theft Auto 6 will miss its original Fall 2025 launch window and instead aim to launch in May 2026. But, as it turns out, there's another game being published by Take-Two that also has seemingly missed its window.

2025 didn’t need GTA 6, anyway.

Because while both Mafia: The Old Country and Borderlands 4 are both on track to release this year, Judas, the next game from BioShock creator Ken Levine, has missed its original target window entirely without a word.

As first reported by PlayStation Lifestyle, Levine's Judas was supposed to have been released two months ago in March. It seems like almost everyone forgot, but that was the plan, according to Take-Two CEO Strauss Zelnick.

Back in 2023, IGN reported that Zelnick affirmed that the game would be playable "sometime before the end of March 2025." In an interview ahead of an earnings call, IGN further inquired if Judas was part of the reported 87 games that would launch between then and March 2025, to which Zelnick said yes.

"We did have some slippage in the last few years," he said. "We feel really stable right now....
