If there was ever a game that constantly surfaces yet nothing materializes, it's Half-Life 3. Valve's follow-up to the award-winning Half-Life 2 has been the stuff of myths and legends at this point. Almost every year, we see a rumor about it surface, and yet we're all left hanging.

Could this time be different? Tyler McVicker, an insider with a proven track record of leaking reliable information about Valve's activities, is now the latest personality to claim Half-Life 3 is actually being developed at Valve's HQ.

Half-Life 3 Is Real And In A Playable State Claims Insider

Tyler McVicker has pushed out a new "Ask Me Anything" video where it's mentioned that "HLX," which is the purported codename of Half-Life 3, is not only in development, but it's far enough that it can be played from start to finish.
