One of 2025's most successful games thus far is the long-awaited remaster of a beloved Elder Scrolls title.

Released as a shadow drop last month, The Elder Scrolls IV: Oblivion Remastered has lit the world on fire.

Over 4 million people have entered the world of Cyrodil, including those who purchased the game and those enjoying it through Xbox Game Pass.

It hasn't always been smooth sailing, though. Of course, that feels on par for a Bethesda game, but you'd assume that part of the benefit from remastering Oblivion is taking care of some of the game's bugs and technical hiccups. Unfortunately, there's a new bug popping up that is, according to experts, in dire need of a fix.
