Persona 5's Latest Spin-Off Finally Gets A Western Release Date

After almost a year of "will-they, won't-they" debates regarding a Western Persona 5: The Phantom X release, Sega and Atlus have finally confirmed that the game will be releasing with English-language support.

Persona 4 Remake is shaping up to follow the exact same pattern as Persona 3 Reload.

Set for launch worldwide on June 26 this year, the mobile gacha title will, of course, be coming to mobile devices, alongside a full release on Steam.

For months now, Persona fans have debated the likelihood of a Western Persona 5: The Phantom X release. While initially, it was confirmed to be launching worldwide, there was never any confirmation that it would be getting an English release. The game was then added to Steam, but it only showed support for Japanese and Chinese languages. During a developer livestream last month, the Phantom X team seemingly hinted at a Western release, but nothing was confirmed, at least until a livestream today, in which Atlus confirmed its June 26 date. Pre-registrations for the game on all platforms are live now.
