Norman Reedus Open To Be In Death Stranding Movie If He's Asked

While it's been known since last year that Hideo Kojima's Death Stranding was getting the movie treatment, there's no star attached to it yet. Given that the game already features a Hollywood actor as its protagonist, wouldn't it have made sense to cast said actor in the film?

It's unknown what's happening behind the scenes, but the game's protagonist, Norman Reedus (The Walking Dead), is eager to play the same character on the big screen.

Norman Reedus Keen To Star In Death Stranding Movie If Asked

Speaking to IGN, Norman Reedus, who plays the game's protagonist Sam Porter, openly confirmed that he'd be down to portay the film version of the character if he was asked to.

“If it was an option, yeah, for sure," is what Reedus said when asked if he'd considered playing himself in a future version of the game. “I don’t know what’s happening with it. It’s so pre pre pre right now. But yeah, of course," the actor added.

Reedus was also asked about his confusion with the first game and whether he felt that way going into the second game. Reedus' reply seems quite on-point for anyone who's experienced Kojima's eccentric way of doing...
