With each passing second, minute, hour and day, we're closer and closer to the launch of the Nintendo Switch 2. The vibes are strong, and the hype is as high as it's ever been.

In the leadup to the Switch 2's launch, Nintendo has been keeping the hype train rolling by revealing various features and other bits and bobs via its Nintendo Today app. For instance, the Switch 2 will have a feature that will slow down how quickly your battery deteriorates. Elsewhere, you'll finally be able to lock your console with a four-digit pin.
That said, the most recent feature reveal is less exciting, and arguably, a bit disappointing, depending on who you ask.
As first spotted by a user on Bluesky, capturing gameplay videos on the Switch 2 via the Capture button will remain as the past 30 seconds, just like how it is on the original Nintendo Switch.
