While Mario Kart is often considered the undisputed king of the kart racing genre, over the years there have been a number of worthy competitors. From Diddy Kong Racing to Crash Team Racing to Sonic Racing, there's no shortage of kart racers featuring some of gaming's most iconic mascots.
The latest Mario Kart World has already the ingredients for hardcore players to take it by storm.
Oh, and Garfield Kart — a kart racer based on the world of the lasagna-eating, Monday-hating orange tabby cat and his friends. As it turns out, Garfield Kart is making a comeback to a console near you.
As first spotted by Gematsu, Garfield Kart 2: All You Can Drift was recently rated in Australia. Naturally, the game received a "G" rating, and it'll be developed by Eden Games and published by Microids, who handled the original 2013 title.
At the moment, it's unclear which consoles Garfield Kart 2 will launch on, but the 2019 title did launch across PlayStation 4, PC, Xbox One and Nintendo Switch, so there's a good chance it'll be widely available once more.
