A line of WizKids miniatures inspired by Baldur's Gate 3 was recently released, but the quality of the figures is far from what customers expected, with the company now offering full refunds. Given the continued popularity of the game, demand for Baldur's Gate 3 merchandise remains high, but this release missed the mark in a major way.
Nearly two years after the RPG was initially released, Baldur's Gate 3 continues to wow audiences, with nearly 70,000 concurrent Steam players at the time of writing. Larian Studios released the game's last major update in April, adding a highly requested Photo Mode, additional subclasses, and crossplay, along with a slew of bug fixes. While many players were hoping for more content down the line, director Swen Vincke has confirmed that Baldur's Gate 3 won't be getting DLC, with the title now officially complete beyond the occasional maintenance patch. Fans are still eager to show their love for the landmark role-playing title, but those who pre-ordered some miniatures featuring the game's characters were in for a rough surprise on launch day.
