Sony has announced a brand new State of Play showcase for tomorrow, and it'll feature information about what Sony describes as "must-play games coming to PS5".
The show is presumably Sony's contribution to this year's Summer Game Fest showcase period, which will also include shows from the likes of Xbox and Devolver Digital, as well as the main Summer Game Fest showcase itself.
It's set to air tomorrow at 2pm Pacific (that's 5pm Eastern and around 10pm BST), and it will run for around 40 minutes, offering "news and updates" on upcoming PS5 games. I'm assuming that will include release dates for already-announced games, as well as new reveals.
Upcoming games on Sony's slate include Marvel's Wolverine, which is currently in development (as far as we know) at Insomniac Games. It'll take place in the same universe as the developer's Spider-Man games, but we haven't heard much about Logan's latest adventure since its announcement in 2021.
This show might also serve as an opportunity for Sony to reveal more about Haven Studios' Fairgame$. The developer recently lost its founder Jade Raymond, so tomorrow's State of Play could be a good chance for Sony...
