Assassin's Creed Valhalla will be releasing a little bit sooner than expected. 

Players can now expect to play Assassin's Creed Valhalla a week early. On Twitter, Ubisoft announced that Valhalla will now release on November 10th. It was also announced that that players will be able to upgrade from the Xbox One version of the game to the Xbox Series X / S version for free. The game was pushed up a week in order to release with the Xbox Series X / S consoles. There has been no word on what to expect from the PlayStation 5 version of Valhalla

The release date for the Xbox Series X / S was revealed by Microsoft today. The systems will release on the same day as Valhalla. The Xbox Series X will cost gamers $499, while the Xbox Series S will cost gamers $299. Players can also get Microsoft's new consoles through the Xbox All Access plan, which has players pay off the console through a monthly plan. The plans run for 24 months, with the Series S' plan starting at $24.99 a month, and the Series X's plan starting at $34.99 a month. The plan also includes Xbox Games Pass Ultimate, which will include Xbox Live Gold and EA Access. 

Assassin's Creed Valhalla has players take on the role of Eivor, a Viking raider who will lead their clan from the harsh shores of Norway to a new home in ninth-century England. Gamers will lead raids against Saxon armies and their fortresses, and will lead a crew of raiders as they launch assaults in order to claim their enemies' riches. Players will be able to grow and customize their settlement by recruiting new clan members, as well as by building upgradable structures. Gamers can get better trrops by building a barracks, improve their weapons at a blacksmith, and much more. Gamers will be able to create and customize their own mercenary Vikings that they can share online, and use to fight alongside their friends. Mercenaries created by players can be recruited by others, which will add strength to their forces. 

Assassin's Creed Valhalla will release on November 10th. The game will release for PC, PlayStation 4, Xbox One, Xbox Series X / S, and Google Stadia. There was no word on the PlayStation 5 edition of the game.
