The tried and true formula of Mario Party is making its way into the world of LEGO, as it's been revealed that LEGO Party will be coming out in 2025 for the PlayStation, Xbox, Nintendo and PC via Steam.
As part of Friday's Summer Game Fest event, Fictions and SMG Studio announced LEGO Party, a title that is exactly what its namesake implies. It's a Mario Party meets the colorful characters of LEGO, with LEGO-themed minigames in place of, well, Mario-themed ones.
The one-minute-long trailer showed some of the colorful cast that will be part of the game, including Ninjago characters, as well as some of the minigames that will be part of the title, including some LEGO-themed takes on some classic Mario Party fare. Additionally, players will be moving around on a board modeled after LEGOs, because, of course, with the goal being to collect as many Gold Bricks as possible.
