While The Elder Scrolls IV: Oblivion Remaster will go down as 2025's worst-kept secret, Persona 4's remake isn't far behind. In February, a singer known for their work in Persona 4 hinted that they were working on something new, and a month later, a new web domain name, p4re.jp, was registered, sparking hopes that a reveal would come soon. The domain registration followed a similar pattern to Persona 3 Reload, which had the p3re.jp domain registered just months before its announcement.
Things then ramped up a notch late last month as not one, but two voice actors from the original Persona 4 games confirmed they wouldn't be returning for the then-unannounced remake.

Now, this culmination of rumors and leaks has been proven true, as during the Xbox Games Showcase, Persona 4 Revival has been revealed.
Persona 4 Revival will seemingly be a remake of the Persona 4 Golden version of the game. The game will feature all-new visuals, but sadly, no release date was revealed.
