"They Pulled A Cyberpunk": Mindseye Is A Technical Disaster, As It Debuts To Mostly Negative Reviews On Steam

Mindseye has been in the news quite a lot recently, and not for the best of reasons. A few days before release, Build A Rocket Boy's co-CEO Mark Gerhard claimed that all the negative noise around the game following previews was coming from paid actors, which was a comment that went down about as well as you could expect.

Fast-forward to the game's release earlier today, and it turns out the negative previews may have been negative for a reason. Mindseye is currently sitting at a Steam rating of Mostly Negative, and when you take a look on social media for clips of the game in action, you very quickly begin to see why.

Mindseye's technical issues were an immediate problem, as clips of bizarre bugs and the game's horrible performance started spreading all over social media. A Twitter user called NikTekOfficial is just one of the people sharing their bizarre experiences, as they posted a short video of civilians randomly running through the air, horrible stuttering, and cars merging into each other and randomly jumping into the air.
