Regardless of how you feel about MindsEye's gameplay, it's hard to argue for it when it comes to game performance. Aside from a day-one patch, the game remains plagued by performance issues that need to be addressed as soon as possible.
Thankfully, developer Build a Rocket Boy is aware of these technical issues and has just issued the first MindsEye hotfix today.
This incorporates various technical improvements for both GPU and CPU optimization, as well as other issues.
MindsEye First Hotfix Prioritizes Game Performance
According to the developers, their "top priority is game performance," and "Improving performance across all devices is our immediate focus." This patch is scheduled to go out this week on PC, with consoles getting it as soon as possible (certifications need to be passed before they are released).

Steam players will also see that Build.MindsEye is now accessible. The developers are also working on any missing DLC entitlements, and these will be added to player accounts as soon as possible.
