More Information on Pokémon Sword and Shield's next DLC expansion will drop soon.

On Twitter, Nintendo announced that new information for Pokémon Sword and Shield's next expansion, The Crown Tundra, will be revealed tomorrow. The presentation for the DLC will be released on the official Pokémon YouTube channel at 6:00 a.m. PST. No other information was given on what to expect from the presentation, though it can be assumed that we will receive a release date for The Crown Tundra, as well as new information on the Pokémon that are being added to Sword and Shield through the expansion. We may also receive story details for The Crown Tundra's campaign.

We already know a little bit about The Crown Tundra. Earlier this year it was revealed that the expansion will bring back a number of older Legendary Pokémon, and will be making changes to a few of them. The Legendary Bird Trio, Articuno, Zapdos, and Moltres, will have new Galarian forms. Articuno will now be a Psychic / Flying type, Zapdos will be a Fighting / Flying type, and Moltres will now be a Dark / Flying type. There are also two new Pokémon being added to the Regi line of Legendaries. The first is Regieliki, which will be an Electric-type, and RegiDrago, which will be a Dragon-type Pokémon. There will also be a good number of older Pokémon that will be making an appearance in The Crown Tundra, along with new Galarian forms.

The Crown Tundra will also introduce the Galarian Star Tournament. In this tournament, gamers will be able to battle trainers that they had previously encountered in their adventure through Sword and Shield. They will also be able to team up with these trainers in order to take on the tournament together.

Pokémon Sword and Shield is available now for the Nintendo Switch. The first expansion, Isle or Armor, is available now. It is a part of Sword and Shield's Expansion Pass, which will also include The Crown Tundra
