The Worst-Reviewed Game Of 2025 Is Already Being Found In Clearance Sales

With things surrounding MindsEye, the debut game from ex-Rockstar Games executive Leslie Benzies, seemingly getting worse by the minute, the game has now found itself in the clearance bin literal days after its launch.

As first shared on Reddit by a U.S.-based gamer, they managed to spot MindsEye for $20 at Walmart, down from its original $59.99 price. It's unclear if other Walmart stores have similarly followed suit, but it is clear that the game is brand-new and sealed and not some buyers' remorse return.

"I picked it up," they revealed. "I was like, 'For $20 I’ll take a swing.'"

So far, the game hasn't been recalled like Concord, but if it does, then that person does have a nice collector's item that could be worth something.

Dragon Age: The Veilguard and Civilization 7 are just the latest in an ongoing trend that's hurting everyone.

Oddly enough, this wouldn't be the first time that Walmart moved to quickly clearance a game that had a disastrous launch. Some gamers may recall that back in 2020, Cyberpunk 2077 was also similarly being put on clearance after its rather horrendous launch.
