Prototype 3 Leak is Now Way Easier to Believe

It's now easier to believe a previous leak claiming that Prototype 3 is in development. The first two Prototype games were released in 2019 and 2012, respectively, for PC, PS3, and Xbox 360. The games were then given enhanced ports to PlayStation 4 and Xbox One in 2015, but the franchise has been dormant since then. Prototype 3 has not been officially announced at the time of this writing, but there are some rumblings that such a project could very well be in the works.

The latest Prototype 3 rumors date back to a Reddit post from April where a user claimed to have been a part of an Activision "study group." The user, Bigbyy, has since deleted their post and their account. But the post basically made some claims about Call of Duty: Black Ops 7 that turned out to be true, and also said that Prototype 3 was mentioned.

The reveal of Call of Duty: Black Ops 7 confirms some details from an earlier leak, possibly meaning other rumors could turn out to be true as well.
