"Calling It Now": Final Fantasy Fan Makes Bold Claim For FF7 Remake Part 3 Ahead Of Title Announcement

A Final Fantasy 7 Remake trilogy fan has made a bold prediction for the third game's title. The FF7 remake effort has, to date, followed a pretty predictable naming convention: each game gets a subtitle that includes a word beginning with "re-." That obviously began with Final Fantasy 7 Remake, then Final Fantasy 7 Rebirth followed suit. Even the spinoffs have gotten in on the fun, with the release of Crisis Core: Final Fantasy 7 Reunion in 2022. At this point, we know relatively little about FF7 Remake part three, but fans have already begun to speculate about its title.

Reddit user Rebourne25 recently posted a thread entitled, "Calling it now, VII Remake part 3 will be called 'Reclaim.'" This prediction is based on Sephiroth's desire to "take the Planet back" with the help of Jenova - in other words, to reclaim it. Of course, we can neither confirm nor deny this prediction - it's based entirely on one fan's theory. But when you compare it to the story elements that'll be adapted in part three of the remake trilogy, it does start to make sense.
