Scopely has announced yet another Pokemon GO event, this time inviting players to join the "Summer Concert," taking place from July 19 to July 22. Pokemon GO continues to introduce new ways for players to enjoy the immensely popular mobile experience, and now fans should mark July 19 on their calendars—because in addition to the concert, Scopely is also bringing some special things to the game.
Pokemon GO came to revolutionize mobile games in 2016, implementing augmented reality with geolocation technology, turning every fan’s dream into reality—exploring the real world to catch Pokemon. Since the game’s initial release, Scopely has continually expanded the experience with key updates to make the game more social and competitive, while also adding elements from other Pokemon games. It also features plenty of events, including Community Days, GO Fests, Spotlight Hours, and themed celebrations, constantly introducing new Pokemon, shiny variants, research tasks, and temporary gameplay bonuses. Now, the developer has scheduled a new event for players.
Pokemon GO's newest upcoming event is set to add new Hisuian forms for a pair of fan-favorite Pokemon, kicking off in early July.
