Limbo and Inside are being delisted from GOG on July 17. GOG is thus set to lose multiple hall-of-fame puzzle platformers in a single day.

Developed by Danish indie studio Playdead, Limbo and Inside are puzzle platformers originally released in 2010 and 2016, respectively. Both are characterized by an eerie atmosphere, minimalist storytelling flirting with horror, and a subdued color palette used to convey a sense of isolation and unease. Each was widely celebrated by fans and critics alike, and is regarded as the equivalent of required reading for anyone partial to puzzle platformers.

While both Inside and Limbo are some of the most ported video games of the 2010s, their overall availability is about to take a minor hit later this month, as both are about to leave GOG. This was recently confirmed by a representative of the CD Projekt-owned digital storefront, who revealed that Playdead's critically acclaimed puzzle platformers are leaving the platform on Thursday, July 17.
