Solstice is Destiny 2's yearly summer event, which debuts new limited-time events for players to engage in, alongside new prizes and loot to chase.
With more than a decade having passed since the release of the original Destiny (and close to eight years since Destiny 2's launch), veteran players of the game have gotten used to a reliable cadence of events and updates.
