Sonic Racing: CrossWorlds will be available September 25th, 2025, for PlayStation 4, PlayStation 5, Xbox One, Xbox Series X|S, Nintendo Switch, and PC. It will be released digitally holiday 2025 for Nintendo Switch 2 and physically in early 2026 for Nintendo Switch 2.
