Xbox Game Pass is routinely heralded as "the best value in gaming" and it's days like today where the distinction seems spot-on. A massive 17 more games have been revealed for the service, including several games which will hit the service on their launch days and several others that are coming to Xbox for the first time. Most of them arrive before the end of the month, while a few have been revealed for dates weeks from now in November. Here's the full list with dates.

October 27

  • Carto (Console and PC)

October 29

  • Day of the Tentacle Remastered (Console and PC)
  • Five Nights at Freddy's 1-4 (Android, Console, and PC)
  • Full Throttle Remastered (Console and PC)
  • Grim Fandango Remastered (Console and PC)
  • PlayerUnknown's Battlegrounds (Android)
  • ScourgeBringer (Android)
  • Unruly Heroes (Android, Console, and PC)

November 5

  • Celeste (Android, Console, and PC)
  • Comanche (PC)
  • Deep Rock Galactic (Android, Console, and PC)
  • Eastshade (Android, Console, and PC)
  • Knights and Bikes (Console and PC)

November 17

  • ARK: Survival Evolved : Explorer's Edition (Android, Console, and PC)

In total, that makes 11 games hitting the library this week alone, including several which have never before been on Xbox. Games like Grim Fandango, Day of the Tentacle, and Full Throttle are classic adventure games, some of them over 20 years old, now remastered for modern players. The four-pack of Five Nights should be a timely Halloween go-to for many subscribers, while Carto is a game new to all platforms launching directly into the service.

Looking further down the calendar, it's good to see PUBG returning to Xbox Cloud Gaming - or Project xCloud as it was once called. PUBG was in the preview build of the game as the 100th and final title to be available for free to public testers, but it wasn't there for the official launch on September 15. Now it's back, giving players a new way to win chicken dinners.

Celeste, Knights and Bikes and Deep Rock Galactic are some of the November highlights. Knights and Bikes is new to Xbox after hitting other platforms last year, while Celeste is an award winner more people should play. Deep Rock Galactic Xbox Game Preview and Steam Early Access back in May and has since found a dedicated community of fans. Game Pass suits games like that very well, allowing more people to check it out and, for some, inevitably fall into the game for a long time.

This likely isn't the end of Game Pass announcements for 2020, as it seems we hardly go a week or two without more reveals. We'll continue to cover changes to the library in the future, be they new comes coming or going.
