CD Projekt RED has responded to fans, confirming whether the developer plans to add a third-person mode in future Cyberpunk 2077 updates. A third-person mode could prove to be a lot of work, but it would be an interesting way to give Cyberpunk 2077 a new lease of life.
Despite suggestions that previous updates would be the end of the road for Cyberpunk 2077, CD Projekt RED has surprised players multiple times in recent years with substantial new content drops for the game. The recent Cyberpunk 2077 2.3 update is the latest, reigniting interest in the game and offering a good excuse for fans to do yet another playthrough of the sci-fi RPG. Although the 2.3 update is still fresh, some fans are calling for a third-person camera mode to be added to the game, too.
While many features were added to Cyberpunk 2077 post-launch, there's one big addition that will have to wait for the sequel.
