The release date for Mortal Kombat: Legacy Kollection has seemingly leaked thanks to the Xbox mobile app, as keen-eyed fans pointed out that the anticipated compilation could come out on September 29. As of this writing, developer Digital Eclipse has not confirmed when Mortal Kombat: Legacy Kollection will hit store shelves, other than its previously listed 2025 release window.

Mortal Kombat: Legacy Kollection was first revealed during the June 4 State of Play broadcast, which highlighted several titles coming to PlayStation platforms. Digital Eclipse and Atari later confirmed that the compilation of classic Mortal Kombat titles would also be available on all major platforms, including the recently released Nintendo Switch 2.
