While Grand Theft Auto 6 is at the top of just about every gamer's watch list, it's still going to be quite a bit before players actually get their hands on the game. GTA 6 was recently pushed back to at least May 2026, and while developers are adamant that the game is coming out next year and won't be delayed again, fans have heard that story before.
However, according to a CNBC interview (via X) with Take Two CEO Strauss Zelnick, Rockstar is working on "a lot of other things" outside of GTA 6. This acts as suggests that fans can look forward to seeing more projects from Rockstar other than the highly anticipated next installment in the Grand Theft Auto series.
According to the Take Two CEO, Rockstar is apparently hard at work on more than just the single project with GTA 6, which shouldn't come as a big surprise considering the massive list of excellent IPs they have under their belt.
GTA 6 is clearly the highest priority for Take Two and Rockstar, but it's great news that the studio is developing further projects and not focusing all their resources in one place.
