One Of The Worst-Reviewed Games On Switch 2 Was Produced By The Creator Of Animal Crossing

The Nintendo Switch 2 is officially out, and its launch window library is slowly growing. Of course, the Switch 2 has two ready-made bangers in Mario Kart World and Donkey Kong Bananza, but it also has two stinkers in Drive x Drag and the Nintendo Switch 2 Welcome Tour, both of which stand as two of the worst-reviewed games on the Switch 2, and both of which were developed by Nintendo.

As it turns out, however, despite its poor reviews, Drag x Drive does have some rather notable names on its credits screen, including Hisashi Nogami, who is better known as the creator of both Animal Crossing and Splatoon, two of the more iconic franchises in the Nintendo library.

The discovery, which was first spotted on Reddit, also has Yoshinori Konishi serving as the game's director and program director. For those who don't know, Konishi is one of the lead programmers on several Mario Kart games.
