It's going to be many years before every dialogue permutation in Baldur's Gate 3 becomes common knowledge for the community. With twelve classes, 58 subclasses, 11 races, two original player characters and six origin characters, there are endless opportunities for unique in-game interactions.
Hyperspace_Towel recently posted an interesting find they discovered while playing origin Shadowheart. During the game's first act, at the Goblin Camp, you encounter the character Liam tied to a torture rack and looking worse for wear.
Liam is one of the mercenaries who accompanied Aradin to find the Nightsong on behalf of Lorroakan, but was captured by a group of goblins after he charged them recklessly. He's desperate to escape, and there are several ways the player can help.
Shadowheart has a unique way of accomplishing this: breaking both of Liam's thumbs. He's thankful for the help, even though it wasn't the most pleasant means of escape. Shadowheart will then get a flashback to torturing a prisoner on behalf of Lady Shar.
You can also do this by piloting companion Shadowheart in the dialogue with Liam; you don't necessarily need to be playing origin Shadowheart.
Shadowheart looks to Lady Shar for guidance but receives nothing...
