The release of a new character in Honkai: Star Rail 3.6 may represent the end of an era for one of 2025’s best characters so far, as they may powercreep the previous unit. Version 3.6 will be the next major update for the turn-based RPG. As expected, it will continue the Amphoreus story arc, and there will be two new characters in Honkai: Star Rail 3.6: Evernight and Dan Heng: Permansor Terrae.
Now, the Version 3.6 beta tests have started, and, because of them, the details about these new characters have been leaked. Evernight’s complete gameplay kit and other details about her have been shared on Honey Hunter World. According to the leaks, Evernight will be a 5-star Ice character on the Path of the Remembrance who will seemingly work as a support and sub-DPS in team comps.
Based on the leaks, I suspect that Evernight may become the best character for Castorice team comps in Honkai: Star Rail. Evernight has a Passive Trace that increases the CRIT DMG of Memosprites based on the number of Remembrance characters in her team, up to 50%. Furthermore, her Skill grants all Memosprites a fixed 40% CRIT DMG boost....
