Early-access for Skate is nearly here and the development team have shared an in-depth look at character creation, apparel, music, and how the seasons and skate pass will work. The latest blog post from the Skate team shows off a long list of impressive customization features for skaters to look forward to, including curated playlists and unique gestures you can perform mid-trick.
At the end of July, over a million playtesters were invited to try out the highly-anticipated game, packing each server with 150 skaters. While an NDA is still in effect for the playtesters, The Grind: Vol 5 blog post gives us some great insight into the exciting and innovative new features.

Skate's seasonal content works in standard fashion, and will have four seasons per year, with new music and cosmetic rewards added each season. The skate pass will offer gamers the ability to progress through the game and complete challenges for free rewards, or pay an additional fee for a premium pass.
