The developer and publisher behind Verdun, Tannenburg, and Isonzo has just revealed its latest World War 1 FPS, Gallipoli. BlackMill Games has been steadily depicting the First World War's various fronts, and is now set to bring its signature realism to the Middle-Eastern Front, focusing on the bloody, under-explored Gallipoli Campaign.
Gallipoli was announced via a reveal trailer, and will release next year as the fourth title in BlackMill Games' WW1 Game Series. Gallipoli makes history as the first game solely dedicated to the Gallipoli Campaign, a major theater on the Middle-Eastern Front where the Entente powers sought to secure key positions in the Ottoman Empire. BlackMill Games' in-depth research will bring its realistic gameplay to the beaches of the Dardanelles and the deserts of the Gallipoli Peninsula, putting a spotlight on an important chapter for the war's ANZAC troops.
