The Korean MMORPG Lost Ark continues with its monthly content schedule as the August update is planned to go live on August 20. Last month was a huge milestone for the game, featuring a mode (Paradise) that was specifically designed with the west in mind, not to mention a huge Challenge Express that helped players get straight into tier 4 (mostly). We finally have gotten the full patch notes for the August patch, detailing every aspect of what players can expect from the exciting update.
Valkyrie
By far the biggest part of the patch is the release of the new female Warrior class, Valkyrie. Initially dubbed Female Paladin, this class is a holy knight that primarily acts as a support class, but has a very solid DPS build that no doubt will attract a lot of players.
Its versatile ability to swap between the two builds should help introduce even more support players into the game, hopefully helping fill any shortages that new content generally has. Along with the new class, we are receiving the traditional launch skins available for Blue Crystals and Legendary Skins that can be obtained from Yoz Jar attempts.
