The actor behind Miles Morales in Marvel's Spider-Man, Nadji Jeter, has reportedly claimed that he thinks the Evolved Suit is being left behind for Spider-Man 3.
Considering what a massive success Insomniac's first Spider-Man game was (and its spin-off, Miles Morales), you'd think that Spider-Man 2 would have been a resounding slam-dunk. That wasn't quite the case, though, as it generated a lot more controversy than any of us expected, despite getting great reviews and selling well.
A decent amount of the negative buzz that Spider-Man 2 received was directed towards Miles Morales' new look. While his haircut is a whole other story, the big controversy with Miles came from his brand-new (and Adidas-sponsored) "Evolved Suit", which he puts together at the end of the game and positioned as his new costume going forward.
The Evolved Suit was instantly torn to pieces by Spider-Man fans for its strange look and unsubtle advertising, making it one of the least popular Spider-Man suits out there.
