EA and developer Full Circle have released a new trailer that announces Early Access for skate. This will be available on PlayStation 5, Xbox Series X|S, PlayStation 4, Xbox One and PC on September 16. The game will be free-to-download and include cross-platform and cross-progression support. This means you can utilize your saves across different platforms and generations. The gameplay will return to the Flick-It System, that will be improved and powered by the Frostbite Engine. Rather than using buttons, players will utilize the sticks and can hop the board much like you could in Skate 3. You can check out the trailer below.

The City and its Community

Players will be skating in the city of San Vansterdam, which sounds like someone California'd the name Amsterdam. This is a multiplayer skateboarding destination that will include skate spots to land insane tricks and connect with others. Four unique neighborhoods can be traveresed including Hedgemont, Gullcrest, Market Mile and Brickswich. Each neighborhood will have its own unique design and vibe along with specific challenges.
