Ever since Konami released its remake of classic Metal Gear Solid title, Metal Gear Solid Delta: Snake Eater, the gaming community has been in an uproar, due to the number of bugs and performance of the game across the board, especially the PC version, which has been locked at either 30/60FPS.
However, Konami has been paying attention and has recently mentioned via Twitter, that it this received multiple reports and are working on a patch to address them.
While the post was in Japanese, this is what was mentioned by Konami.
While it’s good to see that Konami will be doing its part to address the bugs and technical issues, there was no mention of the performance, but one can hope that when they say “bugs” that the performance is also being investigated.
Meannwhile, if you’re playing the game on PC, there are several helpful mods over on Nexusmods, that do everything from increasing performance, introducing ultrawide monitor support, addressing the camera and uncapping the framerate. It might be worth your time to check them out.
