The free PlayStation Plus September games have been revealed, and one of the available titles is one of the most popular games ever made. August's free PS Plus line-up included the critically acclaimed and beloved Lies of P, zombie game DayZ, and arena fighter My Hero One's Justice 2. Looking forward to September, it looks like PlayStation fans are going to have their hands full once again.
Revealed in a post from PlayStation Blog, the September free games will be Psychonauts 2, Viewfinder, and Stardew Valley. The titles will be available to download on September 2. The August titles will still be available until September 1.
Psychonauts 2 joins the ever-growing roster of formerly Xbox-exclusive titles coming to PlayStation. The game was designed as both a sequel and a reboot of the series, and was met with critical acclaim for its narrative, depictions of mental health, and platforming mechanics.
Viewfinder is a neat puzzle game that focuses on piecing photographs together, aspects of a virtual simulation, and creating new layouts. The game is also slated for a Nintendo Switch release later this year.
What might actually be the standout of September's offerings is the popular Stardew Valley....
