Gamers will now have an easier time getting the Scott Pilgrim vs. the World: The Game soundtrack on vinyl.
It has been revealed that the soundtrack for Scott Pilgrim vs. the World: The Game will be rereleased on vinyl soon. Limited Run Games is now taking pre-orders for the soundtrack, making it easier for fans to get their hands on the vinyl edition of the game's soundtrack. The soundtrack will come on a yellow LP, with all profits going to the composers of the title's soundtrack, Anamanaguchi. This vinyl edition of the game's soundtrack will also come with a 10 inch LP. This 10 inch LP will feature never before released tracks from the game, and is completely exclusive to Limited Run Games. The vinyl will also come with new jacket artwork from Christy Frisby and Julia Scott.
There will be two purchase options for the Scott Pilgrim vs. the World: The Game's vinyl soundtrack. Gamers can buy the vinyl on its own. There will also be a soundtrack and t-shirt bundle, which includes a shirt with art by Christy Frisby. The album will be available to pre-order until February 23rd, and will be shipped between June and July 2021.
Last week it was announced that Scott Pilgrim vs. the World: The Game - Complete Edition will be receiving a physical release. There will be three different versions: the Standard Edition, the Collector's Edition, and the Classic Edition. All three editions come with a Clash at Demonhead concert ticket, reversible cover art, and a full-color instruction booklet. The Collector's edition and Classic Edition will include a number of additional items, including a sticker sheet, a physical soundtrack CD, and more. Everything that comes in these editions can be seen here. Pre-orders for the physical release of Scott Pilgrim vs. the World: The Game will go up on January 15th , and will last until February 28th. The Standard Edition will cost $34.99, the Collector's Edition will run for $54.99, and the Classic Edition will set gamers back $139.99.
Scott Pilgrim vs. the World: The Game - Complete Edition will release for PC, PlayStation 4, Xbox One, Nintendo Switch, and Google Stadia on January 14th.
